Feb. 17, 2010) -
Forbes Medi-Tech Inc. (NASDAQ:FMTI) (“Forbes”
or “Company”) announced that it received
notification on February 16, 2010 that a NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel
has determined to delist the Company’s securities from The NASDAQ Stock Market,
effective with the open of business on February 18, 2010. The delisting is the
result of the Company’s failure to meet the $1.00 per share minimum bid price
requirement.
