(the “Company” or “ART”) (NYSE Amex: HRT) is pleased to announce it has entered into a multi-year software license agreement with Nihon Kohden Corporation (“Nihon”) (TSE: 6849) of Tokyo, Japan. Under the agreement the Company has granted Nihon a non-exclusive and restricted right and license to use, sell and sub-license the Company’s proprietary signal-averaging electrocardiography (SAECG) software, PREDICTOR, customized for exclusive use in Nihon’s electrocardiogram and other ECG-related products.
