Rapid metastasis to the scrotum and penis following laparoscopic radical cystoprostatectomy

We present a case of rapid metastasis to the scrotum and penis within 2 months following a laparoscopic radical cystoprostatectomy in a 61-year-old male. The aim of this case report is to highlight the potential risk of rapid metastasis to both urologist and urological oncologist in all patients undergoing a laparoscopic radical cystoprostatectomy.
